What is Ministry Excellence?
There are many interpretations of Ministry Excellence but to PMI we take this ideology very seriously. With careful thought and preparation we have put together the P.O.W.W.E.R. Ministries Inc. definition of Ministry Excellence.
What ministry Excellence is notLet's start by describing what ministry excellence is not. Ministry excellence is never deceptive, manipulative or controlling. Ministry excellence is never chaotic, unprofessional, uncaring or lacking vision or direction in ALL areas of ministry. Ministry excellence is never incapable of ministering to all of the needs of the community in serves. Ministry excellence can never be a result of division and exclusion of people through which gifts are bestowed to the church. Ministry excellence can never be achieved without strict adherence to the word and will of God for the Church. A ministry can never be truly excellent unless it teaches, preaches, uplifts, up-builds, reflects and is part of the Kingdom of God.
